Access hybrid TT canola performance and agronomic benefits at better than OP prices

Hyola 559TT or Hyola 650TT at $22.50/kg RRP ex GST

The Hyola value pricing promotion is giving canola growers the opportunity to adopt some of the most widely adapted TT hybrids on the market and reap the agronomic benefits that hybrid canola brings to the rotation.

Hyola 559TT and Hyola 650TT have long established their reliability in variable Australian conditions.

The extra benefits of hybrids over OP TT varieties include up to 50 per cent extra in-field weed suppression,
higher genetic blackleg ratings with triple-gene resistance groups ABD, and also a much lower likelihood of
additional costs of fungicides being required for blackleg management.

Independent research across Australia has also shown more reliable top-end yield potential and consistent
performance from Hyola 559TT and Hyola 650TT over most OP TT varieties in areas that yield above 1.5t/ha.

Hyola 559TT or Hyola 65TT vs Purchased OP TT seed example

If we use an example of a grower who plants Hyola 559TT or Hyola 650TT at 2.25kg/ha, seed cost would now
be approximately $50.63/ha, compared to purchased OP TT seed sown on average at 2.75kg/ha using
$17.00/kg, which then costs approximately $46.75/ha.

With some leading OP TT varieties attracting an End Point Royalty of $5/t and for any growers harvesting
over 1t/ha, the final cost of the purchased OP TT canola planting seed investment would be over $51/ha.

Hyola® 559TT

Hyola® 559TT has shown to be one of the most adapted and popular triazine tolerant canola hybrids across the 1t/ha to 2.5t/ha environments around Southern Australia.

Hyola® 559TT has shown multi-seasonal adaptation with a moderately resistant inherent blackleg protection rating and very high oil content to provide growers with a complete agronomic package.

Hyola® 559TT is now priced at a point similar to the total investment in $/ha to purchasing OP TT varieties that are under an EPR. So now canola growers can use this value pricing opportunity to capture all the extra financial and agronomic value a TT hybrid has to offer over purchasing OP variety.

Hyola® 650TT

Hyola® 650TT is a mid-late maturing Triazine Tolerant hybrid that has been developed using complex genetics involving Hybridising Thumper TT with a longer maturing higher yield potential, such that it shows great adaptability to growing regions where growers can achieve canola yields between 2t/ha to 4.0t/ha.

Hyola® 650TT has an excellent blackleg rating of "R" with Tri-Gene resistance groups A,B,D, along with very good standability and is known to provide growers with great top-end yields.

Hyola® 650TT is now priced at a point similar to the total investment in $/ha to purchasing OP TT varieties that are under an EPR. So now canola growers can use this value pricing opportunity to capture all the extra financial and agronomic value a TT hybrid has to offer over purchasing OP variety.
